A thing I really missed about LJ

 The ability to assign categories (tags) to posts, AND have more than one category per post. g+ kinda sorta got there eventually when they made Collections, though it was only one category per post, and you had to make a special thing for it, instead of just a label. 

Yeah yeah hashtags are a thing, but decent search in g+ was not.

I am also used to tags and categories from WordPress. That said, I really like Collections. I could have public and private collections, and people could opt out of them (although that should have been much easier). Not saying we should try Pinterest or anything. I am sure this is perfectly cromulent.
